It is meant for people at the very beginning — before funding, before a regulatory plan, sometimes before a prototype — where one well-aimed conversation can change the direction of the next year of work. - Sanity-checking an architecture or a plan while changing it is still cheap
- Reading a classification honestly, before an optimistic one becomes load-bearing
- Pointing at the right standard, the right question, or the right person

- Early founders in digital health and software as a medical device
- Clinicians and researchers taking a first step toward a product
- Teams pre-funding or pre-prototype, where the decisions are still reversible
What it isn't
- Not a substitute for proper regulatory support on a funded programme.
- Not ongoing retained advice — these are short, focused conversations.
- Not an accelerator, and not a route to funding or investment.

How do I apply?
There is no application form. Write via the contact page with a short note on what you are building and where you are stuck — that is more useful than a formal brief or a deck.
Who is it for?
Founders at the earliest stage in digital health and SaMD, typically pre-funding. There are no formal eligibility criteria. If you are already funded and running a certification programme, the paid advisory is the better fit and the honest answer will be to say so.
What happens in a session?
A conversation, not a deliverable. Most usefully it establishes what regulatory regime you are heading into, whether your current plan survives that, and which decisions need making before they become expensive.
A short note on what you are building and where you are stuck is more useful than a formal brief.
